We meet with therapy clients in our Greenbelt, MD office, either weekly or every other week. Individual therapy sessions last from 45-50 minutes. While humor and emphasizing the positive are the cornerstones of the therapeutic process, sometimes the candid nature of talk therapy can be challenging. However, the great majority of our clients have informed me that the results can often be tremendously rewarding and even life-changing.
